You will also find a swimming pool and a shop. At 500 meters, leaning against the hill, the Guigou, a pretty Provencal farmhouse of 5 rooms, rests among the olive trees and offers a magnificent view of the village of Les Baux de Provence. A little further, 900 meters, is the Manor, a large country house of the eighteenth century that encloses two-hundred-year-old trees and whitewater. Its charm is due to the 13 bedrooms and lounges overlooking a garden of white roses. Carita (14 rooms) and Flora (12 rooms) have been considered preserved and pleasant places at the heart of a beautiful garden. Close to the Manoir, Carita, and Flora, the Spa Baumanière SISLEY, open on a patio and a beautiful garden, offers relaxation and well-being.
There is no room like another, whether located in Oustau, Guigou, Manoir, Flora, or Carita. Renovated by Geneviève Charial, a subtle style, a mix of contemporary and style, with mosaic, marble, or waxed paint in the bathrooms while retaining authenticity. The rooms' furniture was found in Isle Sur la Sorgue or chosen by prestigious designers. The paintings on the walls are from the private collection of Jean-André Charial's grandfather, and all create a unique atmosphere in each room.
The gardens extend over 20 hectares. They call to idleness in the shade of a lime tree, a plane tree bicentenary, or a fig tree. They are of Mediterranean essence and combine white roses, cypresses, oleanders, and aromatic plants. The three swimming pools, the fountains, the pool where swans and ducks bask, the goats' enclosure for children, the organic vegetable garden which provides wonderful peas, green beans, and tomatoes, ... to the cuisine of Oustau de Baumanière and the Cabro d'Or, everything is there to invite you to take a break and make your stay unforgettable, at the hotel Baumanière Les Baux de Provence.
