The hotel covers approximately 50 dunams (50,000m²), featuring small villas scattered around the terrain. These villas are composed of beautiful suites, including a large Presidential Suite that sits right on the Crater's edge, providing its residents with breathtaking views. Some are single-story, and others have two floors (the number of beds is limited so that the buildings easily blend into the desert landscape). Each floor is a fully independent unit, including a separate entrance.

Every suite contains an entranceway, spacious bedroom, and large bathroom. Forty-two ground-level suites have private swimming pools, and the top-level suites feature a balcony overlooking the Crater. No traffic is permitted within the hotel grounds. All cars and other vehicles are parked in a peripheral parking lot, and only electric vehicles are seen moving through the settings, traveling between the villas and the main building.
