For the past 150 years, "Brenners" has presided over Lichtentaler Allee, stationed in the core of the verdant splendor of Baden-Baden's famous park ever since this hotel spa in Baden has been providing its honored guests with high-quality luxury service and fine hospitality.
Since the beginning, it has been operated under the supervision of just two families. Nevertheless, they maintained a passionate commitment to providing elegant hospitality. Moreover, they followed all traditions while remaining at the edge of new rapid developments.
The Brenners Hotel took the initial steps towards mental health and growth. They pioneered wellness and leisure in grand hotels, introducing an advanced concept of a spa in 1983. Over the years, many international dignitaries and respectable figures have visited this hotel on political and personal trips.
Among the dignitaries was the Shah of Persia, The King of Siam, and young King Edward VII. More recently, the president, ministers, and leaders in the government regularly plan their stays here.

The Spring Festival on the racetrack Baden-Baden Iffezheim turns Baden-Baden again into the German Ascot – a hotspot for international visitors and horse enthusiasts. A sparkling atmosphere, fast-paced action, and nail-biting suspense await you during your visit to Iffezheim. Follow all the action on the track from our Brenners Lounge with its excellent view on the finishing line, including a three-course menu and champagne. In addition, you can enjoy great summer weather offering real summer feeling in Baden-Baden with up to 30°C for over weeks. All year round, many events are taking place in Baden-Baden, also at the opera, where you find top acts like Ann-Sophie Mutter, Lang Lang, Anna Netrebko, the Berlin Philharmonic coming several times a year to Baden-Baden. Baden-Baden is also a paradise from Spring until autumn for car lovers, either supercar or Oldtimers. You can do a driving experience in the Black Forest or at the automotive racecourse F1 in Hockenheim, which is just 50 mins from the hotel. In autumn, you must imagine Indian summer feeling with leaves changing colorfully. You can go on excursions to visit the nearby Rebland – the home of Baden-Baden's vineyards – or a full day exploring the beautiful French wine region of Alsace. The pool is open for families the whole day and we do have splash hours for kids at the pool. Kids are invited to romp and splash in our pool between 4 to 5pm each day.

Museum Frieder Burda offers children's art workshop. Another fun activity is to visit the Mehliskopf, which has one of the longest downhill ski runs in the northern Black Forest. The year-round bobsleigh run attracts thousands of visitors annually. The Adventure-Climbing Garden ranges over 3.5 ha with 7 courses of different levels of difficulty with 80 challenges. We can organize a VW Samba Bus Tour in summer, including a picknick basket to visit the Mummelsee or Mehliskopf, a guided tour at Museum Frieder Burda, hiking, moutiain biking, fishing, horseback riding, also a Movie Night with popcorn and many more things. You can easily do excursions from Baden-Baden to Heidelberg, Freiburg, Stuttgart, or Strasbourg, which are all roughly 50 mins away from the hotel. In Stuttgart, you find the Porsche and the Mercedes Museum and near Freiburg the biggest theme park in Europe, the Europa Park.

The award-winning interior design London designer Robert Angell designed the gastronomic hotspot, Fritz & Felix, for casual, elegant drinks and dining. It is the comfort food of interest, and many of our signature dishes are prepared with the 2 ton wrought iron designer charcoal grill from La Coruña in Spain in the middle of the restaurant.
The Rive Gauche is a French brasserie and a quiet, airy, and idyllic city oasis with a terrace along the Lichtentaler Allee, which invites you to linger in a relaxed and informal atmosphere with French cuisine after a shopping spree in Baden-Baden.
The light-flooded Wintergarten offers a fantastic view of the private park, and the Lichtentaler Allee is also open for lunch and dinner. It has a lovely terrace to sit outside, offering cuisine with Mediterranean influence and using local and seasonal products, and is also the perfect setting for a sweet afternoon tea. So imagine you come to us in the park after a shopping tour and enjoy one of our new aperitif creations on the terrace with live music in the afternoon or a romantic mood on mild summer evenings.
