Even though the whole hotel has been renovated and updated with delicate fabrics and antique Italian furniture, none of the characters has been lost. The Egerton, even though it's in a very prominent place, is an excellent example of understated elegance.
Instagram-worthy flower boxes line the windows of this Hotel. The inside is just as lovely, with a drawing of Snoopy by Charles Schulz in the bar. There are also lithographs by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec in the lobby and Picassos in both Room 36 and the V&A Suite. The whole place has the feel of a country house in the middle of London.

The rooms still have the grandeur and exclusivity of the townhouses of which they were once a part, even though they are now separate. Moreover, every one of their rooms and studio suite on the top floor has its unique magic. Some are very rich and vivid. Additionally, guests have breakfast downstairs in the dining room. There are top-notch pastries, cheeses, and cold meats next to hot à la carte options.
