The menu, similar to that of the São Paulo square, located inside the Hotel Fasano São Paulo, includes a variety of antipasti, pasta, meat, risotto, and fish. "The Fasano Restaurant at the Salvador unit offers some of the flagships of classic Italian cuisine: Costoletta Allá Milanese, Filetto di Manzoalla Rossini, Ossobuco de Veal with White Wine and Herbs, and Spaghetti Allá Carbonara.
