Outdoors, the underpass that connects pedestrians to Portovenere's historical center into an open-air art gallery has been transformed. It features paintings and sculptures by artists that come from the Accademia Ligustica di Belle Arti di Genova (Liguria) and the Accademia di Belle Arti di Carrara (Tuscany). Artists involved include the Ligurian painter Davide Tavino, the Tuscan collective of sculptors called Bedrock, and Ligurian artist Sabrina Davì.
