Outdoor enthusiasts enjoy over 300 days of sunshine each year, world-class skiing, snowshoeing, and snowboarding on any area's four mountains. During the warmer months, visitors can opt for 120-plus miles of hiking and biking trails, fly-fishing, golf, and more, making Hotel Jerome a perfect destination hotel year-round.
Contemporary luxury and historic heritage come together in these generously sized rooms that range from 525 to 1265 square feet. Living spaces feature floor-to-ceiling windows for taking in Aspen's glorious surroundings, while mounted wooden deer heads, tree-stump lamps, and cowhide chairs embody its mountain spirit.
Prospect - A charming mountain countryside atmosphere creates a cozy and convivial feel where families can sink into sumptuous furnishings and enjoy reminiscing over the day's explorations. The communal setting encourages couples and friends to share stories with nearby neighbors forging new friendships.
In contrast to The Garden, Prospect focuses on the bounty of the region's hunters, ranchers, and fishers, balanced perfectly with delicate winter produce. Inspired by the communal setting, the menu is meant to be shared. Cocktails take inspiration from the land, and a focused selection of wines from around the world are carefully selected to complement the friendly environment.
Dining Area At Bad Harriet - Bad Harriet is an exuberant, electric, and highly coveted spot. The atmosphere is eclectic and timeless. A sense of intrigue & anticipation permeates the mood. A multi-layered and diverse cross-section of Aspenites, both provincial & ephemeral, indulge in beautifully crafted liquids and edibles. Bad Harriet is about the sense of personal & unexpected discovery where everyone becomes themselves.
The liquid program is meticulously crafted, encompassing highly designed cocktails, avant-garde techniques, and refined presentations. Vintage spirits evoke Harriet's aura & a library of the best Crus elevate the narrative. Exquisite edibles are paraded throughout the space in vintage gueridons and made available on request, inviting guests to embark on a table-side culinary journey.
J Bar - Cowboys and miners once rode their horses through its doors, 10th Mountain Division soldiers gathered here over pints after a day of training on the slopes, and the late Hunter S. Thompson turned it into his de facto office when he was running for sheriff.
With its lively buzz and Old West vibe, the 19th-century bar remains the town's social hub, where ski bums rub elbows with socialites over craft beers, vintage-inspired cocktails, and Aspen's best burger. So make sure to take a peek at the original Chinoiserie Chippendale till signed by every bartender to work there.
The Living Room - The heartbeat of the Jerome, the gathering place where friends, lovers, and strangers alike tell stories, imbibe, and indulge. A Journey through the last century culminates with an eclectic collection of artifacts, creating a unique sense of time and place.
Complementing the space, a selection of refined small bites and modern cocktails with character is crafted with complex simplicity. The wines are authentic expressions of the global terroir, seen through the eyes of winemakers and vintners, both famous and infamous.
The Garden - A Playful Spirit, Surrounded by Flora in the Center of Aspen. A social escape with unobstructed views of Aspen Mountain, a moment of respite from the flurry of downtown. The lush landscape of exquisite seasonal blooms creates a visual feast while the culinary garden indulges the palate. The genesis of the epicurean compass is the abundance of unique local microclimates that provide an ever-changing array of fresh produce.
The menu gives the kitchen the perfect canvas to feature the work of local ranchers and fishers alike. Staying true to the "Garden to Glass" philosophy, the cocktail program is designed to highlight the best of the season and showcase the herbs & flowers grown in the own garden. Wines worldwide are carefully selected, placing a strong focus on sustainable and biodynamic practices."
