J Bar - Cowboys and miners once rode their horses through its doors, 10th Mountain Division soldiers gathered here over pints after a day of training on the slopes, and the late Hunter S. Thompson turned it into his de facto office when he was running for sheriff.

Felix Roasting Co. - Felix Roasting Co. unveiled its first location outside New York City at the historic Hotel Jerome. Founded by Matt Moinian and award-winning interior designer Ken Fulk, Felix is a contemporary coffee concept and roasting company from a diverse team of visionaries who set out to redefine coffee culture. The Aspen outpost brings the best of Felix to the Rockies, serving their signature hot and cold beverages, delicate bites, and an extensive menu of specialty drinks, each meticulously infused with Felix's house-made non-dairy milk proprietary syrups and tonics and custom spice blends.
