Restaurants & Lounge Bar

In door Restaurant - The restaurant is located in what was the old cellar of the residence.  A romantic area with characterful stone walls, a timber roof and terracotta floor tiles. The menu offers a wide selection of Tuscan specialities, both modern and traditional. The chef and his staff personally prepare all of the dishes, including the bread, pasta and desserts. The same can be said the food offered at breakfast.

The dishes available reflect the quality and the freshness of ingredients and of course are elegantly presented and complemented by the immaculate table service.  In the summer the restaurant relocates close to the swimming pool, situated in the large garden with its many flowers and pine trees. Here you will enjoy the peace and the magical atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside.

Outdoor Restaurant - The garden adjacent to the swimming pool is the ideal place to dine in the summer. The setting provides the perfect atmosphere for a romantic candlelit dinner and will enhance the most important of events. The surroundings are characterised by the elegant wrought iron gazebo and by large grounds planted with olive and pine trees together with a fabulous variety of local flora. All in all it presents an idyllic showcase for the peace and magic of the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

Lounge Bar is located at the edge of the beautiful swimming pool, in a classic and elegant setting enriched by the delicate tapestries, precious marbles and craftsmanship of the local artists, which enhance the history of the family, where the guests will enjoy delicious cocktails and fine liqueurs in the serene atmosphere of an ancient Palace, pampered by the delicate music of the Classics. In summer the Lounge Bar opens its doors to the swimming pool, where guests can immerse themselves in the serenity of the gardens while sipping a delicious cocktail, and letting themselves be pampered by the romantic view of a breathtaking sunset and the hills surrounding the Relais.

Specialities - The freshness and the quality of the ingredients are paramount in each and every one of the dishes.Everything on the menu is prepared by hand using only the freshest and locally sourced ingredients, the tortellini and other filled pastas are traditionally handmade using local Tuscan Chianina beef.

Wine cellar - In the wine cellar there are about 700 labels of the best wines from many regions of Italy, with a particular preference for the red wine of Tuscany: Sassicaia, Ornellaia, Masseto, Solaia and Tignanello are just some of the famous names proposed.
