Designed by the architect Alvaro Siza Vieira, the new Spa (2500 m2) gives a new dimension to Vidago Palace. Elegance and Sophistication - The Vidago Palace Hotel's spacious rooms provide a cozy atmosphere, strongly marked by details like the beautiful Beiriz tapestries, appealing chaises-longues, and generous bathrooms - mostly natural light - sophisticated crockery or evocative British information of the Belle Époque. Vidago Palace Restaurants and Bars

The Noble Hall - The Grand Hall, with imposing dimensions, is one of the most important divisions of the Vidago Palace Hotel. This ballroom, the biggest of all that existed at the time, was the stage for the most luxurious parties. Attenuating the impression of vastness and softening a majestic setting without detracting from the space was an enormous challenge. Located on the ground floor, with access to the garden on the side of the main façade, the lounge has been transformed into a Gourmet Restaurant. A gigantic handmade wool rug (Beiriz) (200 m2), framed by a floor, covers the floor. The rug reproduces large-format tiles with floral motifs in pink, cream, and brown tones. Sofas and chairs form several small islands around square tables to create intimate spaces, separated by tall plants.

On one side, two large niches lined with golden wallpaper, with stylized vegetables and birds in white watercolor, light up the room. Damask silk drapes, in a bluish-gray tone with copper highlights, decorate the windows. An interior veranda frames this huge room up to a large mezzanine with a coffered ceiling and gilded beams. At night, original chandeliers, in bronze and crystal, light up the space. Using local produce, the fine cuisine of the Salão Nobre features traditional dishes from the North of Portugal that has been deconstructed and reinterpreted to offer a sophisticated sample of the best menu in the region.

The Club House - Informal, Relaxed Atmosphere - The Vidago Palace Hotel's Club House Bar and Restaurant enjoys a unique space. Relaxation and Lightness! The old stone building, dating from 1886, once used to bottle Vidago water, is the current Club House of the Vidago Palace Hotel, located in the Park. Designed by the architect Álvaro Siza Vieira, it has a highly modern interior decoration. White and wide, it has about 440 m2 of straight lines. Illuminated at its center by a rectangular skylight, Vidago Palace Hotel's Club House has a restaurant, a bar, a shop, and changing rooms. In the restaurant space, a glass wall allows you to observe the hustle and bustle of the kitchen. Contemporary wooden furniture - chairs, tables, consoles, high and narrow counters - are distributed over the entire surface, forming several tables. Two large, bespoke maroon wool rugs symmetrically cover the light floor. Velvet tufted armchairs, settees, wing chairs, curved sofas, circular leather stools, cockpit tables, soft pillows make up a piece of eclectic furniture and form various seating areas. Golf

The excellent golf course at Vidago Palace was redesigned by Cameron & Powell from an original by Mackenzie Ross, built-in 1936. Today the course has been completely rebuilt to USGA specifications for greens and tees and transformed into a course. Par 72, enhancing the holding of international championships, maintaining the identity of the original design, and faithfully reflecting the beauty, the unique qualities for the practice of this sport, the spirit, and the distinctive sign of the place.
